Star corundum crystal specimen with bright flash. Rubys are red, sapphires are blue, and since this crystal is purple, it\'s a little bit of both! The thick end is polished to expose the \'star\' and hexagon pattern. Very pretty specimen for any collectors cabinet 😎 Could also be cut into little slabs by a lapidary to polish into cabochons. Metaphysical uses as well.
