This first edition artwork was commissioned to celebrate the opening of The National Air and Space Museum at The Smithsonian Institution, Washington D.C. in 1976. This is an original lithograph poster by Lowell Nesbitt (1933 - 1993). This vintage poster is signed by L. Nesbitt 1976 and numbered AP 11/15. This poster is an Artist Proof limited to 15 lithographs. An Artist Proof is generally valued higher than other prints in the edition, due to the rarity and small quantity of them. The poster measures 43"h x 32"w.
