Heraldry? E.P = electro plated. Condition is "Used". Sold as is and as pictured. Need professional cleaning and polishing. The square discoloration is where the sticker was. I believe at one time these were sold in an antique store. Please perform your due diligence on this item before purchasing. I am not an expert on this item.
