Appears to be complete and in good working condition. However, I do not know how to test it, so I can\'t say for sure.

This is a beautiful, German made anniversary clock complete with glass globe and key. From the base of the clock to the top of the globe measures 12\". It measures approximately 8\" across at the widest point. The porcelain face is hand-painted with delicate flowers.  The clock and surrounding decorations are metal. The base of the clock is plastic.
