This is a very interesting piece. My thought is …this was a flag pole topper and base . It’s fairly heavy looks to be put together. I think the actual pole was removed and this part was saved. It definitely has some age on it. I really like the look of it. It’s a very eye appealing piece. It’s a little loose. I haven’t tightened it.
