Being offered is a vintage, old, Hopi Indian made basket wall plaque or plate. The basket has a Navajo wedding basket design but was crafted by a Hopi Indian. The basket does show age and wearing typical of its age. The basket does show fading of the colored straw due to sun exposure. Otherwise, the staves look intact, the weave remains tight, so structurally is in good shape. The basket is approx. 8 7/8" wide.
