They both have brass handles.Waldow was a significant player in the world of copper cookware. It was founded by Bruno Waldow who was a copper smith and had a business in Brooklyn Ny crafting high quality copper pots and pans. They operated out of a three story building under the Manhattan bridge. That was in 1936 and it went out of business in 1979 Their pieces are coveted still today.Shipping in the United States only with free shipping.
