Vogue Couturier Designer 1692 by Emilo Pucci of Italy. Pattern to sew the "Palazzo Pajamas" shown on the envelope front. A designer "Couturier" label is included. I have secured the label and the pattern with cardboard backings and plastic sleeves.
Size: Misses 12--32/25/34"
Vintage: 1960's. According to brief online research the pattern was published in the late 1960's.
Condition:This pattern has been cut and used. It is missing one piece, the Lower Jacket Facing. The instructions have a few notes in pencil. There is some writing on the envelope back as well as a store stamp. The envelope has wrinkling, bending, and some small tears. There is a Couturier label included. It was wrinkled when I found it and has some loose threads. I did lightly press the label and have it stored on a back piece for storage and mailing.
