You are looking at a "1999 SANTA'S BEST 16" PLUSH ANIMATED SNOWMAN MOVES ARMS & HEAD."The Snowman has some minor signs of shelf wear such as some light dust, wear to the base, and a detached hat, all of which are visible in the photographs provided. It could use a light cleaning. It measures approximately 16" tall. The front of the hat has become undone so it will need to be stitched back on so it wont fall off. THERE ARE NO BATTERIES OR POWER CORD INCLUDED.
